*While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

*If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price, if the item(s) has been charged and not dispatched we will cancel and refund your order.

*Privacy Policy - Film and Music Direct will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party. We may provide you with news and information on special promotions via e-mail, post and telephone if you have made purchases from our store.

*No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and Film and Music Direct until Film and Music Direct dispatches the product(s) ordered. We will confirm that the product(s) have been dispatched by a confirmation email.

*You must check that the details on this confirmation of dispatch e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.

*Cancellation - To cancel your order, you must inform us within 24 hours of placing the order.

*Returns - We will only accept goods which are returned to us in an unused, unopened, condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken. A replacement item or a credit note will then be issued. No refunds will be given on any items unless they are faulty or if they have been mis-described.

*Although we aim to have orders delivered between 4 - 7 days, please allow up to 10 working days for orders to arrive before contacting our Customer Care dept. regarding mising items.

 *Film and Music Direct will not release your credit card information to any third parties. You may provide us with your credit card information via secure encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions).

*Images displayed on the Film and Music Direct website are intended as representations only. (Whilst we would never intentionally mislead any of our customers, occasionally the cover, packaging, or description of an item ordered may not match exactly to that of an item that we receive from our suppliers. Before sending any item out an assistant will endeavour to contact customers to advise them if there are any such differences).

*If a price for an item changes, but an order has already been taken for the item in question, the price that was agreed at the time of ordering will remain the price that the customer is charged.

*If an item is certificated it will be made clear to a customer before an order number is given (and therefore before an order is placed). If there is any doubt as to whether the customer placing the order meets the age restriction for purchasing a certificated item, Film and Music Direct will refuse the order and the sale.

*We only deliver goods to U.K addresses.

*Film and Music Direct may refuse to take an order or make a sale at their discretion for any reason.

*Film and Music Direct reserves the right to terminate immediately any communication with anyone they believe to be mis-using their website or services.

*Film and Music Direct reserves the right to terminate immediately any communication with any person they believe is or believe is likely to become offensive, hostile, or violent in action, conversation, or via email with a member of Film and Music Direct staff.
