Film and Music Direct accept most major credit cards, cheques and postal orders - made payable to Film and Music Direct. All transactions are 100% safe and secure, with payment details (ie card number) being deleted on completion of your order.

Payments can also be made via PayPal.

What is your Returns Policy?
At Film and Music Direct, we hope that our customers are happy with every item they buy from us. However, if you do wish to return an item for whatever reason, provided that it is still in the same condition that we sent it to you (i.e. it has not been damaged through mis-handling) you may return it to us at:

Please enclose with any item that you wish to return a brief note, stating your name, address and reason for return. We will then either refund you for the item, or send a replacement - whichever you would prefer.
How do I cancel an order?
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, all that we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible if you wish to do so. It is much easier for us to cancel an order and refund you before we hand your parcel over to Royal Mail, so we appreciate it if orders are cancelled sooner rather than later. If you wish to cancel an order but it is already on it's way to you/you have already received it, you will need to post it back to us at :

Once we receive the returned item (with a note stating your name, address and that it is a discretionary return) we will happily refund you for the item's cost. Please note that if you return an item at your discretion we cannot refund postage.
Do you deliver outside the U.K?
No, unfortunately we can currently only deliver items within the U.K.
When can I expect my order?
Although we aim to have items delivered to customers within 6 - 7 working days from when they place their order, this is unfortunately not always possible. As such, please allow up to 10 working days for orders to arrive. If for any reason you have not recieved your item after this time, and have not had an order update from on of our customer service advisors, please do not hesitate to let us know, quoting your order reference number to help us look into the matter as quickly and efficiently as possible.
