What payments are accepted?

Film and Music Direct accepts most major credit and debit cards, cheques and postal orders - made payable to 'Film and Music Direct'. All transactions are 100% safe and secure with payment details being both encrypted and subsequently deleted on completion of your order.

Payments can also be made via PayPal - please note that PayPal can be used even if you do not hold an account with them, just follow the on screen instructions.

How much is charged for delivery?

Nothing - Film and Music Direct offer FREE delivery on ALL orders.

What is your returns policy?

If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods (in original packaging, unopened, without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken) to us with the original receipt within 21 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Faulty items - Please be aware that we test all items returned as faulty. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our test centre we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage

We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.

How do i cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order that you have placed, please inform us within 24 hours, either by emailing Info@famd.co.uk with details of the order that you want to cancel or call an advisor on 0845 224 0236.

When will my items arrive?

We aim to deliver items within 4 - 7 working days from when the order was placed, however this is not always possible due circumstances out of our control. As such, please allow 10 working days for orders to arrive. If your order has not been received after this period, and you have not received a order status update from one of our advisors, please do not hesitate to conatct us on 0845 224 0236 or email to Info@famd.co.uk, quoting your Order Reference Number so we can quickly and efficiently look into the matter.
