About Us We are a mail order company, dedicated to bringing you a huge range of DVDs and CDs at great value prices. We provide a unique service which sources both popular and more obscure back catalogue, chart and new release titles of all genres. Our staff have all previosly worked for Music Zone, and includes ex-store managers, the National Customer Service manager and the Mail Order manager. At Film and Music Direct we have access to millions of CDs and DVDs. In the online shop, we have current chart titles, new-release and brilliant bestseller CD and DVD bargains as well as a great range of sale items. However, what sets us apart from other companies is that we specialise in sourcing those rarer and "hard-to-find" titles that are not easily found on the high-street or mainstream internet sites. Product Enquiry Fill in our 'Product Enquiry' form, and an advisor will respond to your query within 24 hours with information relating to the current price, availabilty and any other details requested. The form also allows you to enter more information if you are unsure of the name of the CD or DVD, i.e - you know the album name but not the artist, or visa versa; you require a specific film but can only give the leading actors/director etc. Please try to give as much relevant information as possible, and we will endeavour to match the information given to the desired item. Unlike some other mail order companies, with Film and Music Direct you don't have to deal with an 'automated response system' where you asked to push seventy six buttons on your key pad before you are connected to an actual person! Instead, what you will find is your call getting through to an advisor who is genuinely pleased to take your call and help you in any way possible. All you need to do before you call is have some idea of the item that you want us to order for you; this could be the name of a singer or song that appears on an album, or the name of the main actor in a film. With the information that you give, your assistant will search and find out if the item is available, and if so what price it would be if you ordered it then over the phone.
