Unlike some other mail order companies, with Film and Music Direct you don't have to deal with an 'automated response system' - you know, where you asked to push seventy six buttons on your key pad before you are connected to an actual person! Instead, what you will find is your call getting through to an advisor who is genuinely pleased to take your call and help you in any way possible.

All you need to do before you call is have some idea of the item that you want us to order for you; this could be the name of a singer or song that appears on an album, or the name of the main actor in a film. With the information that you give, your assistant will search and find out if the item is available, and if so what price it would be if you ordered it then over the phone.
